Dispelix to exhibit mass-produced AR waveguide displays at AWE EU 2019
Dispelix will be showcasing its unique diffractive waveguide technology for use in augmented reality (AR) eyewear at AWE EU in Munich, Germany from October 17-18, 2019.
Dispelix’s optical see-through, near-to-the-eye technology utilizes a lens-like waveguide that transfers the virtual image into the user’s field of view. The display can reflect projected full-color images as well as allowing the user to see through it.
Dispelix will showcase its mass-produced waveguide displays at booth 506. Antti Sunnari, CEO of Dispelix, is pleased with the company’s progress. “We have made great progress in mass production ramp-up with our partners – we are supplying mass-produced DPX 30° waveguide displays and projectors to our customers’ product development projects, and are preparing to support their volume scale product launch plans,” says Antti Sunnari, CEO at Dispelix.
